We ship incontinence supplies, nutritional supplements, wound care, and other supplies to every part of South Carolina. However, we do not ship outside of South Carolina, and we do not ship equipment.
Do we offer delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery of equipment and supplies up to 25 miles from our office. Outside of the 25 miles there is a fee for delivery.
Do we rent equipment?
Yes, hospital beds, wheelchairs, transport chairs, patient lifts, knee scooters, home oxygen concentrators can be rented on a weekly or monthly basis.
Do we bill insurance for lift chairs?
No, lift chairs are purchased only.
Do we offer financing?
Yes, we have partnered with CareCredit to offer financing on most purchases. We also offer rent-to-own on most equipment.
Do we bill insurance for equipment?
Yes, we accept and bill most insurance for equipment and supplies.
How often can I get equipment?
Per CMS(Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines HME/DME equipment can be replaced every 5 years for Medicare and every 7 years for Medicaid.
